Goava is a Sales Intelligence platform that helps B2B organizations sell smarter and more efficiently. We collect and analyze open and public data about companies to help sales reps find the right company to target and to make thorough and efficient research about companies. All this is done with the help of AI and Machine Learning to help our customers sell more. Last year we were named B2B Sales Tool Supplier of The Year at The Sales Conference in Stockholm.

About the role
Working within Customer Success at Goava means that you're managing our most valuable assets, our customers. The main goal is to drive customer's success and help them realize the value our platform provides. You'll be managing a growing number of customers and guide them towards positive outcomes. Your main focus will be on Norwegian customers.
- Deliver world-class customer experience to your customers
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including; onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and churn.
- Analyze user behavior and drive positive customer outcomes
- Work with the sales- and product team to help our customer meet their goals
- Assist in customer support in chat and email
- Content creation for self-help, building our knowledge base

We are looking for you who have:
✓ Experience from managing customer relationships
✓ At least one year of sales experience - preferably in B2B
✓ Worked with other software solutions (CRM, ERP, Sales tools, Marketing tools e.tc.)
✓ Strong presentation skills
✓ An interest in tech, and is tech-savvy in general
✓ Previous experience working at a SaaS company is a plus
✓ Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English. If you also speak Swedish, that's a plus.
✓ Higher education, bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
